== Device Description ==

The ASUS Transformer Book T300 is a family of 2-in-1 convertible tablets that support a physical keyboard dock. These tablets use a 4th Generation Intel Core processor (formerly "Haswell")

There are a few variants of this tablet, including models with an i3, i5, and i7 processor. Some of these tablets ship with Qualcomm Atheros Wi-Fi and some ship with Intel 7260 "Wilkins Peak" Wi-Fi.

This tablet line should not be confused with the [[ASUS Transformer Book T100]] family which appears similar externally, but is powered by an Intel Atom processor.

== Support Status ==

Console OS DR1 has been tested and is supported for the Transformer Book T300 family. Late breaking support notes will be added below as broader testing and guidance is updated:

* The wireless keyboard dock may not function, especially when the keyboard is detached and used wirelessly. This is due ASUS opting for a discreet RF driver, instead of industry-standard Bluetooth for wireless keyboard communication.
* Models with Qualcomm Atheros Wi-Fi will not work with built-in Wi-Fi in this version. We expect to add support for non-Intel Wi-Fi after completing our transition to Android 5.0, Lollipop. See [[Networking Issues]] for alternative dongle options until we add support.
